BDA Agrément®

Kiwa Building Products is a 3rd party approval body for construction products and systems - providing BDA Agrément® to a wider and wider audience.

The BDA Cavity Wall Installer Assessment and Surveillance Scheme has been running since 2016 to ensure that BDA Approved Products and Systems are installed to the specification of the BDA Agrément®.

The BDA Agrément® is recognised by specifiers and other industry decision-makers as proof that the products and systems covered have been rigorously assessed, offer compliance with Building Regulations and will be durable for a defined period.

The BDA Agrément

A BDA Agrément® is awarded to a product or system only after it has successfully passed a comprehensive assessment involving laboratory testing, on-site evaluations and inspections of production.

This thorough approach has given the BDA Agrément® the excellent reputation it holds among those involved in the selection or acceptance of building products and systems.

British Board of Agrément

The BBA (British Board of Agrément) is the UK's major approval body for new construction products and installers.

The BBA Approved Cavity Wall Installer Scheme has been running since 1975 to ensure that BBA Approved Products are installed to the specification of Agrément Certification.

Agrément Certificates are recognised by specifiers and other industry decision-makers as proof that the products covered by them have been rigorously assessed, offer compliance with Building Regulations and will last for a defined period.
